For six months, someone in Partridge has been leaving envelopes of cash on doorsteps every Sunday morning. Just enough to cover a late rent payment. An overdue hospital bill. A parking ticket that would have turned into a warrant. Nobody has ever seen the person deliver them. The town started calling them The Sunday Debtor.
Last Sunday, the envelopes stopped.
This Sunday, a single envelope was found on the steps of City Hall. It did not contain money. It contained a torn photograph, a burned matchbook, and a note written in block letters: "The town does not need your kindness anymore."
Someone in Partridge knows who The Sunday Debtor is. Several people know more than they are willing to say. One of them left the threat.
Investigate every location on the map. Interview every resident willing to speak. Collect the evidence. When you think you understand what happened, submit your theory.
Everything anyone told you. In order of when they said it.
Step 1 — The MapClick each red pin to visit a location. Some hold evidence. Some hold people. Some are quiet.
Step 2 — EvidenceEvery piece of evidence you find pins itself to your evidence board. Open the board anytime to review.
Step 3 — InterviewsWhen you open a location, look for the dark banner that says "Tap Anyone To Interview." The circular character portraits are clickable. Tap them, then type any question you want. Show them evidence. Some will lie until you prove them wrong.
Step 4 — Your TheoryAnswer the five questions. You can guess as many times as you want. All five right and the case is closed. Anything less, you get feedback and try again.
